Late Abstract Submission Deadline (Posters) 22nd April 2022
- Two types of presentations can be chosen: Oral or Poster
- Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed.
- One abstract per registered author is allowed.
- The abstract must not exceed 1 page and should follow the instructions on the following template.
Due to the time that has passed since the first abstract submission period, we would like to ask you to please submit your abstracts again so that they can be evaluated. You can update your work and resend your abstract.

PhD students: if your oral / poster communication is not accepted for the Girona Seminar, your abstract has the possibility to be considered for an ORAL presentation at the Young Researchers Symposium.
At the end of the abstract submission process, you will be able to select whether or not you wish to opt-in.
Note: Only accepted abstracts whose presenter registration is paid by 11th April will be included in the final Conference Programme.
